We started this because we actually cared.
In 2019, we decided to take matters into our own hands and started EZ Rent Now — because we realized not everyone cares like we do about the customer, the project, and keeping the cashflow investor-friendly. Seven years and 358+ rental turns and 50–60 rehabs later, we've got a lot of Dayton-area landlords happy and collecting rent.
